SHIPMENTS
When you place an order at MIKIMA, the shipping costs are included in the final price of your order, since the system calculates the delivery costs depending on the shipping address and weight and automatically modifies them when adding products or varying the quantities.
You will be able to see all the expenses broken down in your shopping cart before confirming the order: the products chosen, the shipping cost and the possible commissions and taxes. It is very important that before clicking on the "Place my order" button, you check that all the contents of the cart are correct (products, quantity, finishes, etc.).
RETURNS
IN CASE OF RETURN DUE TO BREAKAGE OR ÐYEARS OF THE PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING
The goods must be checked by the client, at the time of delivery.
- Apparent damage: If you receive any package/package/packaging damaged during transport, you must indicate this on the delivery note (mandatory condition to make any claim for breakage or damage during transport. Otherwise, they will not be accepted).

In the event that the delivered products present obvious damages derived from transport, you must immediately notify the carrier and MIKIMA. The notification has no effect on your warranty rights, but makes it easier for MIKIMA to assert its own claims against the supplier.
RETURN DUE TO ORDER DELIVERY FAILURE OR ERROR
When the NON-receipt of a product in the shipment has been detected, the product differs from what was requested or does not meet the demanded characteristics that appear on the Web page, the client must notify the incident.
In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one that the customer has ordered, MIKIMA will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.
IMPORTANT: We remind you that the standard door-to-door service does not include pick-up at home, both in delivery and collection, the customer must take care of this. It is possible that the delivery man voluntarily helps in the upload of the merchandise (this being totally voluntary by the delivery man and the transport company and outside Mikima).
Mounting is also not included.
